How to Use:

1. Apply sticks directly to paper or canvas using delicate strokes for light tints or firm pressure for rich, opaque coverage.

2. Blend adjacent hues using a paper stump, silicone shaper, or fingertip to achieve smooth gradients and intermediate tones.

3. Sculpt thick layers with a palette knife for physical impasto relief, or scratch into upper color layers to reveal under-layers in sgraffito style.

4. Dip a bristle brush in odorless mineral spirits or baby oil to soften pastel strokes into painterly washes.

5. Return sticks to their organized tray slots after each session, and protect completed artworks behind glass or with an oil-pastel-safe fixative spray.

Quality Assurance:

Mont Marte Extra Soft Oil Pastels are produced under strict artistic manufacturing standards to ensure uniform buttery softness, consistent pigment ratios, and dependable blending across all 52 sticks.
